  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition received.
  • Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly not as described.
Eligibility for Return
  1. Contact ZuriBox Customer Support via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process, including how to return the product to the seller.
How to Request a Return
  • Once the seller confirms the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to seller error.

Since we operate a direct-shipping model, ZuriBox facilitates communication between the buyer and seller, but we do not warehouse or handle products ourselves.
