This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Vendor may list and sell products through the ZuriBox platform.
Purpose
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Maintain inventory and product availability.
- Fulfill orders promptly and ship directly to customers.
- Comply with all applicable laws and standards.
Vendor Responsibilities
- All listings must be truthful, not misleading, and include clear images.
- ZuriBox reserves the right to remove listings that violate platform policies.
Product Listings
- Vendors set their own prices.
- ZuriBox takes 8% commission of each transaction
- Payouts will be processed within 24 hours of delivery confirmation, using the Vendor’s preferred payment method
Pricing and Payments
- Vendor is solely responsible for packaging, shipping, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Tracking numbers must be provided to ZuriBox and the customer.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Vendors must accept returns and process refunds in accordance with ZuriBox’s Return Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Vendors retain ownership of their product content but grant ZuriBox a license to use images and descriptions for marketing purposes.
Intellectual Property
All business, customer, and transaction data must remain confidential.
Confidentiality
- This Agreement is effective upon signing and remains in effect until terminated by either party with 14 days’ written notice.
- ZuriBox may terminate this Agreement immediately for breach of terms.
Term and Termination
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold ZuriBox harmless from any claims arising out of their products or conduct.
Indemnification
Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under Ghanaian law.
Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
